Handmade Meringues at the Festival
The Edinburgh International festival generated some great audiences at this week’s Foodies at the Festival. The Handmade Meringue Company http://www.meringues.biz used the occasion to maximise the growth potential of Scotland’s capital providing samples of their new product line and creating the largest buzz within the Farmers Market.
Since acquiring the Handmade Meringue Company in October 2008 parent company Bookabuffet.com http://www.bookabuffet.com has dedicated the first six months of ownership to developing product ranges and quality control. With their new product range such as Tablet flavoured soft centres and nine inch Pavlovas, Managing Director Scott McCormick believes that now is the time to spread the word further a field. Indeed the Handmade Meringues Company has secured a highly successful distribution partnership with the Cress Company which allows meringue lovers from all around Scotland to enjoy their new line.
The level of feedback at the event was exceptional and now the progressive company is keen to maximise the return on the event, by developing the new suppliers and all the leads generated.
