Conference Packages

These special conference packages are designed to assist the planning and budgeting process for a successful corporate event. Service staff will be in attendance throughout the day to ensure that the catering for your event is ready for the breaks planned in your programme and to clear away as required, leaving your staff to concentrate on networking with the other delegates or guests.

Conference

A minimum number of 30 applies to the special day delegate conference rate.

Day Delegate - Gold Package   £25.00 per person

  • Tea, Coffee and Shortbread/Biscuits on Arrival
  • Hot Buffet Lunch with Dessert (From Hot & Cold Buffet Brochure)
  • Glass of House Wine and Fruit Juice and Mineral Water on the Table
  • Tea and Coffee served with Mints and Tablet
  • Afternoon Tea with a Selection of Cakes

The price per head is inclusive of all crockery, cutlery, linen and service staff

Day Delegate - Silver Package   £22.50 per person

  • Tea, Coffee and Shortbread/Biscuits on Arrival
  • Cold Buffet Lunch No. 2 with Dessert (From Hot & Cold Buffet Brochure)
  • Glass of  House Wine and Mineral water on the Table
  • Tea and Coffee served with Mints and Tablet
  • Afternoon Tea with a Selection of Cakes

The price per head is inclusive of all crockery, cutlery, linen and service staff

Day Delegate - Bronze Package   £18.00 per person

  • Tea, Coffee and Shortbread/ Biscuits on Arrival
  • Finger Buffet (From Our Buffet Selector with 5 Choices)
  • Fresh Orange Juice and Mineral water on the Table
  • Tea and Coffee served with Mints and Tablet
  • Afternoon Tea with a Selection of Cakes

The price per head is inclusive of all crockery, cutlery, linen and service staff.

VAT will be added to your final bill.

The prices quoted do not include table hire as clients have very varied seating requirements but we can arrange for you if required. A standard delivery and uplift charge of £15 will apply.

The above packages are a guide only and can be tailored to suit the specific requirements for your event. Other items from our extensive menu can be added e.g. pastries on arrival but depending on the items selected there may be a small supplement.
